The Western Ontario Population Center of 205,000 citizens is comprised of the three communities of Kitchener – Waterloo – and Cambridge. It is often referred to by locals as K-W leaving out the smallest community in the tri-cities -- Cambridge. Kitchener also has one of the oldest Farmers Markets in Ontario that is enjoyed seasonally by shoppers from near and far.
